Quick Look at the 2010 Subaru Legacy

2010 subaru legacy image Although this model year has posed plenty of challenges for automakers, Subaru’s lineup has seen relatively strong sales. Part of this is attributed to exciting fresh models such as the compact Impreza and the Forrester crossover.

Yet another new model from Subaru is the Subaru Legacy sedan. Compared with the previous generation, the new Legacy is far more upscale according to Used Subaru Birmingham in terms of look and feel. But priced from $19,995, the value of the new 2010 Subaru Legacy is immediately evident to customers visiting Chicopee Used Cars, which also feature Subaru vehicles.

Despite the quirkiness of some Subaru models in the past, the 2010 Legacy is more conservative in terms of styling - and that’s not a bad thing. Somehow, Boise Subaru dealers say that Subaru managed to make the Legacy mainstream, without it being lackluster. Inside, the interior is clean, well organized, and all controls are easily within reach of the driver.

As with all Subaru vehicles, all-wheel drive comes standard on the 2010 Legacy. There is also a new continuously variable transmission that aids the Legacy’s fairly competitive 23 mpg city and 31 mpg highways mileage ratings.

The 2010 Subaru Legacy builds upon the automaker’s successful strategy, which is to provide car buyers with outstanding value. Birmingham Auto Loans points out that Subaru has slowly but surely been improving its lineup, without the help of dramatic new model additions or over-the-top advertising. Instead, Subaru has maintained an edge in a downturn by providing something mainstream without watering down its unique character and brand. The quality, sportiness, and performance of the 2010 Subaru Legacy appears to only help Subaru continue down that path.
